Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any services through our website 

By booking services with us, you agree to abide by the following policies, which are intended to protect the interests of both the client and Bellarouge Makeup Studio. These terms outline our policies regarding payments, cancellations, deposits, and more.

 

 

1. Booking Policy

All appointments and services must be booked in advance through our official website. By booking with us, you agree to the terms set out in this document.

  • Minimum Booking Fee: A deposit of at least 50% of the service fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment, right before service is rendered.

 

 

2. On-Location Travel & Logistics Policy

Les Belles de Bellarouge™ provides on-location luxury makeup services throughout Hagerstown, Williamsport, and Frederick, Maryland, with the already included travel cost to the on-location service options .

For destinations outside the service areas listed above, a travel fee will apply. If overnight accommodation is required to complete your booking, a logistics fee will be included to ensure a seamless and stress-free luxury experience. 2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. However, late cancellations disrupt our ability to serve other clients. As a result, we have the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Late Cancellations (Within 24-48 hours): If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours but before 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply.

  • Same-Day Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit and you will be charged 100% of the balance service fee.

 

 

3. No-Show Policy

We have a strict no-show policy to ensure that our schedules remain flexible for other clients.

  • Failure to Show: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service, and their deposit will be forfeited.

  • Repeated No-Shows: Clients with two or more no-show instances may be required to pay in full at the time of booking for future services and may be refused future appointments.

 

 

4. Late Arrival Policy

We ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure that we can provide the best possible service.

  • Grace Period: A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for late arrivals.

  • After Grace Period: If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate the next client or rescheduled entirely. In either case, the full service fee will apply.

 

 

5. Deposit Policy

A deposit is required for all services to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but will be credited toward your final payment.

  • Deposit Amount: 50% of the total service fee.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. You are allowed to reschedule once without forfeiting your deposit.

  • Multiple Reschedules: Clients are allowed to reschedule once. Any additional rescheduling will incur a $25 fee and must occur within 14 days of the original appointment.

  • Failure to Reschedule: Failure to reschedule within the allowed time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

 

 

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed services, including no-shows, late arrivals, or unsatisfactory results due to the client's request or misunderstanding of the service.

  • Refund for Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations will only be issued if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance, and will exclude the deposit.

  • Service Discrepancies: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a service, please inform us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections during your appointment.

 

 

7. Waiver of Liability

By booking with Les Belles De Bellarouge Makeup Studio, you understand and agree to the following:

  • Risk of Allergic Reactions: We use a variety of high-quality, professional-grade makeup and skincare products. However, Bellarouge Makeup Studio will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the makeup artist of any allergies or skin conditions prior to the service.

  • Release of Liability: You hereby release and forever discharge Les Belles De Bellarouge LLC’S Makeup Studio, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, demands, or lawsuits, including but not limited to those related to allergic reactions, personal injury, or property damage that may arise from our services.

 

 


8. Waiver of Right to Sue

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to waive any and all rights to take legal action against Les Belles De Bellarouge LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors for any reason related to the services provided.

  • Binding Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than through litigation in court.

  • Limitation of Liability: Les Belles De Bellarouge LLC’s liability for any damages or losses, whether arising from breach of contract or otherwise, is limited to the amount of the service fee.

 

 

9. Health and Safety Policy

At Les Belles De Bellarouge LLC’s Makeup Studio, the health and safety of our clients are our top priority. All makeup artists are trained in proper hygiene practices and sanitation procedures.

  • Sterilization: All makeup brushes, tools, and products are sterilized between each use.

  • Health Concerns: Clients are responsible for disclosing any skin conditions or health concerns before the service begins.

 

 

10. Use of Photos and Media

By booking our services, you agree that Les Belles De Bellarouge LLC’s Makeup Studio has the right to use any photos or videos taken during or after your makeup session for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before your appointment.

 

 

11. Promotional Discounts and Offers

Bellarouge Makeup Studio occasionally offers promotional discounts and referral bonuses.

  • Referral Program: Refer a friend and get 10% off your next booking once the referral successfully books and completes a service with us.

  • Promo Codes: Promo codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Expiration: All promotional offers expire within the timeframe specified at the time of the promotion.

 

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

 

13. Amendments

Les Belles De Bellarouge LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
