At Les Belles de Bellarouge™, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Each product is crafted, packaged, and shipped with the utmost care and precision. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care items, we only accept returns or refunds for products that are in new, unopened, and unused condition, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective in transit.

All return or refund requests are carefully reviewed to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria outlined below.

📦 Report damaged or defective items: within 7 days of delivery (with photos)
💄 Request a return/refund: within 14 days of delivery for eligible unopened items
🚚 Ship approved returns: within 7 days of return authorization
Requests submitted after these deadlines may not be eligible for review or refund.


Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us first at lesbellesdebellarouge@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue or reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we’ll email you instructions for sending your product back. Items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in new condition

  • Be in their original, undamaged packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Shipping fees for returns (except for damaged or incorrect items) are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in ensuring every order arrives in pristine condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at lesbellesdebellarouge@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The inner and outer packaging

    • The shipping label

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

⚠️ Failure to contact us within 7 days of delivery will result in forfeiture of refund, replacement, or store credit eligibility.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Makeup brushes, sponges, or tools once unsealed

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Promotional or discounted sale items


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund request. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued only after returned products meet all eligibility requirements outlined above.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Les Belles de Bellarouge™ takes product integrity and customer satisfaction seriously. Any claim, dispute, or chargeback initiated without first contacting us for resolution may be investigated for fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to restrict or decline future purchases from customers who abuse chargeback or refund policies.
