Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

Les Belles de Bellarouge™ currently ships to all U.S. states and territories. Shipping rates are determined by order value:

  • $0–$49.99 → $6.99 flat rate

  • $50+ → Free Standard Shipping

  • Gift Cards → Digital delivery via email (no shipping fee)

All orders are shipped from Williamsport, Maryland.

 


 

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier service level.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Rates & Delivery Speeds

  • Standard U.S. Delivery: Typically 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Within Maryland: 1–3 business days

  • Mid-Atlantic Region: 2–5 business days

  • Digital Gift Cards: Delivered instantly via email after purchase

Processing times vary based on order volume, product availability, and holiday seasons.

 


 

Order Fulfillment & Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the customer.
Les Belles de Bellarouge™ is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 


 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, or if delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Refunds cannot be issued for packages returned due to address errors or delivery refusal.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Les Belles de Bellarouge™ is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen items.
If tracking confirms “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We’re happy to assist with guidance or documentation if needed.

 


 

Shipping Claims

If you believe your order is missing, damaged in transit, or undelivered, please contact us within 30 days of shipment at lesbellesdebellarouge@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details.
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review or resolution.

 


 

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

All orders include delivery tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
We encourage customers to monitor their shipment for real-time updates and to contact the carrier directly for delivery concerns.

 


 

Address Changes

  • Before Shipping: If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at lesbellesdebellarouge@gmail.com. We’ll make every effort to update your order before it ships.

  • After Shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot modify addresses once an order has been dispatched.

 


 

Damaged Packages

We package every order with care and attention. However, once in transit, handling is managed by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at lesbellesdebellarouge@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

We’ll review your case promptly and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Please note:

⚠️ If we are not contacted within the 7-day time frame, eligibility for a refund, replacement, or store credit will be forfeited, and the claim will not be reviewed.
